Professional Summary
Current research involves investigation of the relationship between food choice, dietary behaviors, family, and other factors with the development of obesity and metabolic syndrome in children and adolescents. Dr. Kubena is a Registered Dietitian and is a member of the American Society for Nutrition, American College of Nutrition, and Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics.
