Human Health Track
The Human Health Track provides a strong knowledge base and fundamental understanding of nutrition principles supported by a wide range of courses in chemistry, statistics, genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, and anatomy and physiology to prepare for a broad range of human health careers.
The goal of this curriculum is to give students a broad education in the nutritional sciences in preparation for a variety of career opportunities.
